Mix a small amount of shea butter with brown sugar and a few drops of lemon juice.
Rub your hands together to exfoliate and remove dead skin cells.
Wash off the mixture with soap and water, and then apply more shea butter to your hands and massage it into your skin.
Once the shea butter absorbs, slip on a pair of gloves or socks and let it sink in overnight.
